50 1⁄2” wide x 21 3⁄4” deep x 40 3⁄4” high

An antique Italian chest of drawers with a commanding presence and generous size. The four serpentine drawers and side panels are veneered in walnut and inlaid in fruitwood with foliate details. These warm planes are framed by ebonized moulding. The top has been lovingly repaired, with visible patches and a patinated surface.

The inside of each drawer is covered in a delicate fleur-de-lis paper.
