BLACK LACQUER CHINESE-STYLE COFFEE TABLE WITH TRAVERTINE TOP

UNITED STATES
Mid-20th century
Lacquered wood, stormy travertine
66 1/2″ wide x 22 1/2″ deep x 17″ high

A black lacquer mid-century coffee table with an elegant Chinese profile. We have recently replaced the top with a painterly piece of travertine. We find the stone to be a worthy object of contemplation.
