Swedish Grace was a brief period in the history of Swedish design, in which rigorous Neo-Classicism and Art Deco formed an exquisite hybrid. Simple lines are complemented by detailed gestures, and the use of rare and refined materials.
The octofoil top of this table with its book-matched burl veneer is extremely graceful. Poised on fluted legs, joined by a curvaceous stretcher. Tall enough to serve as a side table, with a wide enough diameter for use as a coffee table.
