We love the rough-hewn hand-built utilitarian furniture of this period, marked with generations of use and lending a rustic, wabi sabi elegance to any interior.
This long coffee table with its splayed legs and wooden peg joinery has an almost Japanese profile. The surface is deeply scarred. With a few sheepskins or cushions thrown on top, it can also serve as a low bench.
