Adnet Coat Hooks
Jacques Adnet was born in 1901. By the time he was 30, his designs had come to represent luxurious French modernism. He was inspired by pre-classical styles and eschewed fussiness in favor of an elegant geometric functionality. Adnet?s avant-garde designs make use of polished metals, mirror, leather, parchment and smoked glass in linear, pared-down styles. This compact coat rack holds its own as a sculptural object. Hang up your trench coat and set your fedora on the perforated brass shelf. Some of the details we admire: the visible stitching, the square studs, the way brass and black leather complement each other so perfectly.
