The Danish furniture makers of the early and mid 20th century were masters of proportion and comfort. But it is the subtle curves and angles of their designs that elevate these chairs and sofas. They offer a sculptural value as well as a utilitarian one.
This handsome wingback chair is a case in point. It has been restored from the inside out, but still wears its original black leather.
