Unlike many of the great Danish designers, Frits Henningsen also ran his own cabinet-making shop. He cared deeply about quality of materials, and was uncompromising in the construction of his designs. As a result, his furniture is both built to last, and also a precise expression of the designer’s vision.

This slender settee with its subtle curves has been fully restored. The fabric is an olive linen blend by Savel, and it is welted with cognac leather.
